Our two pre-trip concerns of food and crew mates never materialised. The food was fresh, wholesome and plentiful and not only were Lin and Richard great cooks but our new found crew mates Mario and Adapia were great company. We've been on many boat trips and Velvet Lady is well layed out for comfortable cruising. Go for one of the front cabins as they have their own WCs. Other highlights include getting soaked by whale spray and removing jelly fish from the generator pump .. .quite spooky if you've ever seen the film "Abyss" . . . . all part of the Iceland experience.
